        i've seen it done in womans boxing and the ref didnt say anything. it was a undercard championship fight on a ppv awhile back cant remember which one. but that dont mean much i know.

            oh ya forgot about that time ... not that it matters but the superman punch i was referring to was Holly Holm vs. mary jo sanders I 10th round and bayless (best ref in boxing imo) said nothing if i remeber right.
