Bob Arum is killing Kelly Pavlik!

Everyone wants to see Pavlik fight Abraham. Despite who will win or not isnt the biggest deal right now. The biggest issue is the fight may not happen ever. Now over in Germany a unknown fighter named Lajuan Simon from Philly is getting a shot at the title. Who knows why? On the other hand, Arum says Pavlik's next fight will be in Cleveland Ohio. Possible fight with junior middleweight titleholder Vernon Forrest, an older fighter who's still good but doesn't exactly get anyone overly excited; former junior middleweight titleholder Sergio Mora, who is 1-1 against Forrest and whose promoter, Jeff Wald of Tournament of Contenders, has already had preliminary talks with Arum; John Duddy, the popular New York-based Irish fighter; and Felix Sturm, the other titleholder from Germany, who is not nearly as dangerous as Abraham. All this was in a conversation with Arum and ESPNs Dan Rafael. Arum in my opinion is the poison that will kill Pavlik. Im not a Pavlik fan, but i feel sorry that he cannot prove to the Die Hard Boxing Fans That he may have great talent. Although so far we can only speculate it.

Arum is only protecting his fighter, I honestly don't see the Pavlik that fought last saturday beating Abraham, especially in his home turf.

Protecting or not He can care less that a loss or two to old or B- or C class opponents will ruin the mans career and hurts the sport.

Blame who you wnat, but pavlik-AA better happen this yr. If not, it's bull****. Nothin else at MW means anything, unless Winky beats Pwill decisively. Then I'd like to see him face Pavlik.

                Great fight!!

IŽd still rather see him against Arthur. But Winky v. Pavlik would be interesting. I got Winky, especially if he beats Paul Williams, which I doubt at this point.
