    Let's say, Pavlik didnt make it out the 2nd round

    against Taylor.

    Do you think Taylor-Abraham would've materialized by now? or any other significant fight at MW?

    Probably not because Taylor would have moved up to 168 anyway. Maybe Abraham would be fighting Pavlik off the rebound though. Had Pavlik lost, he would have had a few fights with MWs and probably cleaned them out so he'd be getting another title shot soon if he hadn't already. In all likelihood Pavlik would have grabbed another belt by now and we'd be in the exact same position.

      Taylor vacates belts goes to 168.
      Abraham snags belts. Fights bhop at catchweight of 170?

                if taylor didnt lose he'd still be trying to make middleweight, but I dont think the abraham fight would be made.
