I say Forrest tries to get a fight with Pavlik, before he signs a contract with Martinez. If your going to lose you might aswell go out in a blaze of glory for the most possible money.

Forrest is done, finished, over. Get this clown out before he tries to setup another fight with a nobody tomato can.

Paul Williams would eat his lunch, so would Pavlik.

I dont think there's any way this fight will happen. Forrest was talking about fighting some guy in the Caymans and now Pavlik. Consider Martinez champ already.

That would be the smartest thing for him to do money wise and it would give Pavlik a decent opponent. IMO even in this late stage of his career hes still better then Duddy.

Forrest, for himself, should try to fight Pavlik. However, I doubt Pavlik fights him. Best option then, is to retire or fight the best possible opponent in your division. That'd be Martinez. He doesn't have to, but he should.

Wait! I thought Arum doesn't work with Haymon? Pavlik ducks PW but will fight Forrest? I'm done! Whatever! I will no longer buy any TR fighters on PPV or any other fighter that blatantly ducks good opposition! Forrest, fight Martinez or become labeled a ducker as well!

Famous Bob Arum quote "Yeasterday I was lying, today I am telling the truth". He is pragmatic, if he thinks it is the best route to take that is what he will do (by best I mean best for him $$$$$$$), atleast if the other guy is willing to make it happean.

yep, better to lose to pavlik or pwill than lose to martinez.
