Mosley has better one punch power. He can drop fools with a single shot. Cotto usually hurts fighters then beats em down.

Mosley's left hook has recently been a thing of beauty. Recent victims of that punch: Vargas, Mayorga, Margarito. These guys are all much larger than Mosley and he dropped them all with that left hook. Right now, Mosley hits harder with that punch.

I think Mosley is the harder puncher of the two, not only because of his speed, I think he's naturally the harder puncher.

Different type of power. Mosley knocked Margarito out, Cotto left his eyes and face extremely swollen.
