This is me and soley my opinion..I think Marquez will get old in this fight..He was getting touched up by casa in the last fight..Eating a lot of lefts..Either way I think this will be the start of his decline..

Marquez getting knocked down = Irrelevant

Your right about Marquez getting knocked down. He has been knocked down in many of his fights, but he gets up and recovers really quickly. I think his brain has a fast shutdown and reboot mechanism, but maybe this helps him since he's not a target while lying on the canvass.

This is irrelevant to the whole fight anyway, because even if Marquez gets knocked down, he has this amazing power of recuperation. He'll get back up and for some reason gains this ability to take further punches in the fight.

Diaz will be in for a boxing lesson from one of the greatest combination punchers in history. Marquez' timing is also truly amazing to watch. This is the reason why faster fighters have such a tough time against him. He neutralizes speed with his accuracy and timing.

Boxing fans will be in for a treat as we witness the great JMM breakdown another Diaz who only know the forward direction. I'm a Pacquiao fan and hope that someday these two great warriors will meet again.

I wouldnt be surprised if I see one but anything above that would be really really be something unexpected. This is Diaz could earn an argument fighting Manny if he does that.

Diaz doesn't sit down on his shots enough, he'll have to be caught with a blind punch to be put down in this one.

Never said it him getting knocked down meant he was losing as we are all aware of ability to recover quickly. I was just wondering how many times will go down. And I really dont think this will be a boxing lesson...

You are talking about Casamayor here...he's the epitome of counter punching, much like JMM. Diaz ain't no Joel Casamayor, I like Diaz but come on

nah i dont see a wide jmm ud...i see more of a close split decision. if a faded casamayor hit marquez that much I think it's fair to assume Diaz will land way more punches, since casamayor is a counter puncher that does not throw many punches compared to Diaz a guy who throws punches in bunches!

Definitely not Casamayor and i really dont like doing the whole triangle thing cause everyone is a different fighter. What i meant was he was getting touched up as in lacking defense..Open to left hands..Juans beards tough..I dont think JMM has enough pop to scruff up Juans beard..Its just me If I see a fighter thats been open to counter left hands..Then I would look for that when available..I like both of these fighters but nobody seems to think Diaz has a chance..
