him and floyd are about equal right now.

so neither is top 10 or 20.

but if he beats hatton and gets a belt at 140......who knows?

i'd like to see a cotto or mosley fight at 147 just to see if he can get a welter belt.

he'd probably get ktfo but he'd have a chance against the shorter cotto or mosley better than the huge welters like marg or paul.

Cotto isn't that great as people make him out to be. His punching power is overrated. Cotto also has a horrible stamina and Pacman KO's come late. Doesn't matter about strength since Cotto doesn't clinch. I could see Pacman getting in and out quickly winning by late KO or SD
