u floyd fans got selective memory. yeah shane said his tooth was loose but he also said he would fight floyd in jan or feb 07 b/c he wont get back in the gym til nov. yall took that **** as a duck when he publicly been calling floyd out but hatton say one thing & floyd jumped on it.

imo i think floyd purposely ducked top wws. think bout it he paid his way out of marg fight. then shane was next in line so after the baldi fight floyd say he retired so shane fights collazo. right aftr that fight was anounced floyd schedules dlh. shane calls floyd out during the post presser but was screaming im retired. shane & cotto schedule a fight next thing u know floyd fighting hatton. it was rumored winner fights winner. cotto beat shane. floyd zzzzzzd hatton. floyd retired again. all the top wws in talks again & while every body tied up cotto/marg, pwill/quintana, shane/zab & mayo. next thng u know floyd talking bout a 2nd fight with dlh & hatton. luckily them fights didnt happen. now he talking bout he shopping for fights but it aint shane or cotto. its the pacman/hattn winner.

i give prop to the dude for beating everybody he fought but he never stepped up he level of competition.

I really don't understand why Floyd's fans jump to defend him before demanding the toughest fight for Floyd.
They have more confidence in Floyd than Floyd has in HIMSELF! He admits to having fragile hands, and retires at the peak of his career for a reason. Stop to ask yourself why?!

Are ppl on this sight mad, why is it such a big thing if Mayweather dosent fight Cotto, yeah we would like to see him but i doubt very much he is scared and i aint a fan i think he is a prick but he is a quality boxer, he would probably beat the **** out of Cotto, he is retired he aint got alt to be ashamed of in turning down a fight with cotto. Mayweather will go down a unbeaten legend and he has earned it. Cotto is the new skool

I respect floyd as a fighter but I don't think he always took the toughest fights available. If he does ever come back though it better be for a fight against a top WW like Cotto and not for the Hatton/Pacquiao winner.
