When Floyd entered the division Baldomir and Judah were the top welters. He beat both. And I never said Floyd didn't have to fight Cotto. I think the fight shudda happened.

Exactly. Floyd was never offered a fight. If Cotto wasn't Arum's puppet then I'd have no defense for this argument. But Floyd-Cotto shoulda happened tho. I too would have liked to see the fight.
