its possible that margo did, but without proof I cant say for sure. what I do know for sure is that margo got outboxed easily. margo barely landed anything significant and cotto's defense looked flawless. even on the ropes cotto was outlanding and outboxing margo easily. then all of a sudden cotto gassed and margo started putting major damage on cotto. and finally cotto quit.

what worked was putting pressure on cotto, but mosley didnt try that until the last 3-4 rounds when it was too late.

Seriously man look at the punch stats of their fight, Cotto threw about 100 punches less and both fighters landed 248 punches. I dont really think its disputable that Cotto landed the cleaner, more effective punches even though he landed more jabs a lot of those jabs knocked Mosley's head back. I can give you Mosley put on the pressure, but he didnt really start winning rounds until he boxed on his toes.

Saying Tony executed Mosley's gameplan is plain ridiculous, Margarito has always had the same gameplan.

Cotto sustained a serious beating at the hands of Tony...Shane didn't even get ruffled against the same guy.

Cotto and Shane are headed in two seperate directions..Shane up..Cotto down.

He can't hurt Shane..but Shane can and DID hurt him...that's why he bolted and started RUNNING in the Championship rounds.

That was the first time we saw Cotto playing it safe and sitting on a points win.

He started the Tony fight the same way he ended the Shane fight..
