The irony in all of this is this thread was made by a Pavlik admirer.
No matter how deep you dig, Floyd never fought Gary Locketts and Marco Antonio Rubios at the top of his game.Comment

considering Floyd fought only 4 of his 39 fight career at Welterweight, what does it matter?
Floyd didn't make his name at welterweight, he made it on his way upto welterweight.
Its like talking about Trinidad's career, but only talking about his fights at 160, or only talking about De La Hoya's fights in terms of what he did at 154.
Its just cherry picking a subject to prove your agenda.Comment

Last 5 fighters for both Cotto and Floyd. (ranked)
Floyd:
Hatton (2)
Oscar (9)
Baldomir (17)
Judah (10)
Mitchell( not ranked)
Cotto:
Jennings (46)
Margarito (2)
Gomez (13)
Mosley (1)
Judah (10)
Difference is Cotto never DUCKED anyone. He fought Mosley, Margarito, etc.Comment

I go back to 1974 with Ali and Jimmy Young etc. I recall a time when fighters liked to fight the best.
To me, Floyd is a like a little kid dressed up for Halloween: Hello little boy what are you tonight "I am the welter weight champ... I beat Baldmomir and now I have a belt and no loses ever!"
Awe, how cute son. Here... pick a candy bar son. You take care now "champ."
