Tony Is A Warrior. Why Would He Cheat ? He Isn't Scared Of Getting Laid Out!

There is no proof what so ever that he cheated in any fight. There is only proof that he tryed to do it against Shane, and against Shane he was never fighting the way he wanted to fight. The fight was at Shane's pase. He never threw his usual 100+ punches per round. Shane never said he didn't feel power behind Margarito's punches. He said after the fight that Margarito hit him with some hard body shots. Margarito's power was never rated very highly. It was just that he threw so many punches, and could take alot of them too. Which is why it was a bad match up for the poor little Cotto. Who doesn't take pressure. Who has been known to be a bit chinny and to fade in the later rounds in tough fights. Styles make fights, and Tony's trainer knew this all so well. He knew Shane would out class Tony, and he wouldn't fold like Cotto did. Which is why he tryed to cheat. Margarito didn't know of this. How could he ? It felt just like harmless gel at the time to him. Ask Shane he saw it. Shane talks about it as if he was in Tony's shoes. It would've easily fooled him as well.


Atleast that's how I feel about this mess Tony is in.

Innocent gell? As every other boxer has said, you know what a trainer can do with your wraps and you can feel it when something is different. In no circumstances can your wraps be wet before a fight.. They where wet. He would have felt the moisture and wetness and he knew what was up.

Also, the reason margarito didn't throw his hundred+ punches is because Mosley did a great job of tying him up and he didn't let him get smoking. Tony got frustrated and didn't know what to do so he ended up getting his ass laid out MUCH WORST then Cotto.

I don't count either of Cintron's losses or Cotto's for that matter in light of the recent findings. I think every Margarito fight should be changed to a NC. I know they can't and won't do that, but I would be all for it
