He was a P4P fighter before he lost to ATG at a higher weight.

I'm gonna be nice and vote B+. Kelly is not a bad fighter. He is certainly better than a C, in my opinion. I am taking into consideration that he is a young guy who still has a way to go, and I do believe we're yet to see the best of him. I also hope he gets a better trainer, although I don't see this happening.

If I was Kelly, I would go see uncle Bernard and try to get some lessons. I can't think of a better teacher than the guy who exposed his flaws.
