Does nationality take a precedent you when two guys are fighting and one is from the same country as you? Or dont you care?

I personally do not care, but some people cannot help letting nationalistic feeling get in the way. Im not criticizing them, if that is their opinion thats fine, but what do you think to all this?

when Isaac Hlatswayo fights Joshua Clottey, i'll be in Issac's corner even though Clottey will probably win.

yeah it matters, i was hoping Ali Funeka wins last week....

Is it a factor yeah but does it take precedent over other factors No. I would cheer for James Toney were he facing Ruiz.

I would cheer for Duran if he had fought Tito or Cotto.

I will cheer for Izzy Vazquez if he fights JuanMa. I would hope JuanMa does well and has a good account of himself but Izzy is one of my favorite fighters.

I'd rather the person from my country win but I wouldn't say "he is going to win!" just because hes from my country.
