Not only because I think Cintron isn't a worthy opponent but because...I'm just completely uninterested in seeing him fight anybody let alone an elite...specialy since there is so much unfinished business @ the weight @ the moment...So many great fights just waiting to be made...And we get stuck with Cotto V Kermit "2 L's in 1 night" Cintron...F that...if Arum makes Cotto take this fight...Cotto should opt out and see whats out there...*** Cintron he had multiple shots...Clottey is more deserving and a bigger test...MAke the best fights!

Cintron is a step up from Jennings and it could be an ok fight. There are other more deserving fighters, but I understand why they would make a fight with Cintron, it makes a lot of business sence. I would not hold it against Cotto as it would be Bob Arum's choice.

I have no real problem with this fight, there are better fights to be made but who knows it could turn into an interesting fight.

I agree mayne. I don't think Cintron deserves **** and I really want to see Cotto fight one of the other top guys in the division. Clottey/Cotto and Mosley/Cotto are bonafide action fights. They would both be entertaining and competitive...and they'd help clear up the Welterweight picture a bit.
