Especially with the pricing and some of the stuff they actually put on a card. Now up until last year I used to order everything. Now with the stream route I'm good passing up on some PPVs, especially with certain fights.

Last year really made me think about what I was ordering. Last year Pavlik/Hopkins, Jones/Calzaghe, and DLH/Pac were terrible fights. I really much rather see a competitive fight. I ordered Marquez/Casamayor too. I mean that was a pretty good fight but the card was bad and the commentary had Mario Lopez from ABDC.

LOL..you know I ordered ALL of those same ones except for Pavlik/Hopkins..and *phew* glad I didn't..I hate streams tho..

I guess if it's gonna be obvious excitement or it's amongst my favorite fighters I'll order it..like Cotto of course..Juan Manuel Marquez is a MUST!..as well as Manny Pacquiao..anything else I'll think about and see the odds of it being an actual "Good" fight..

I order less PPV's now because of streams. I used to get like Latin Fury and all the little PPVs but now I will just stream. I still get all the major PPVs which is around 4-6 a year though. If it's a good card I will order, if its not I will just stream.

      Example:
April 4th the HBO card has 4 good fights. I would of ordered this but its the same night as Holt/Bradley so I will pass. Any other weekend I would of bought this.

Cotto/Pavlik V bums I will not order. If you know they are mismatches just stream. The way I see it, its all up to the promoter. With streams and the economy you need to have good main events and good cards to get my money. If you don't, get bent.

It depends on who is fighting for me... if Amir Khan is fighting some bum I am not going to pay £15 PPV to watch that fight as much as I love Boxing, I will just stream it instead. However I am definitely buying the Hatton vs Pacquiao because it will be a good one!

I won't be buying HD anymore? Anyone else get HD and have trouble with it? **** was like skipping, there would be times in the middle of the fights when my screen would go black for a few seconds. Total bull****, I guess they just don't have the HD thing completely down yet.

I ****ing feel you on that one. Jones/Calz was breaking up like crazy it really ****ing pissed me off. I'm not sure who is to blame is it the PPV or is it your provider or the connection between the two or what.

              But I hate that ****.

I try to look at the ppv's as a night going out where I would spend 50 bucks easy.

That's my way to justify the expense.

I used to stream much more often but the quality and reliability have really suffered as of late so I am back to buying them.
If it wasn't for my need to see live fights, and every fight I could, I would definitely pass on some of them but I have been buying them all lately.
