    Jennings has great potential

If only he had thrown those jabs with meaning,a real intention of hitting Cotto. He has very good footwork, and hand speed.

If Jennings changes his trainer he can be world champion or a top welterweight.

    Does anyone think otherwise?

I think he's as good as he's going to be honestly, didn't see anything special in him when I first saw him, didn't see anything special when I watched him against Cotto.

The kid is super quick and moves well from side to side. Last night I thought to my self...they should have never put this kid in there with Cotto becouse he has potential . To bad for the young lad.

props to Jennings, i predicted he'd get stopped in the 8th but, he showed up to fight, and i think he did a better job then Gomez at the very least, in fact against a non P4P talent, i'd think he'd give many world class fighters a decent fight, he showed some good footwork, handspeed, and overall boxing abillity

but yeah the outcome wasn't suprising but the one thing that did suprise is Cotto didn't do the whole "whoever my company puts in front of me" he said' he'll fight Mosley, Clottey, or Berto

The whole point of the post you responded to was that HE WASNT A KID. Jennings is 31 years old, this was his first shot at truly world class competition and he fell well short. He has pretty much reached his potential. He is a good Euro-Level fighter. There is no shame in that.

He does have potential, i liked his speed but Cotto was a way big of a step up in class.

Jennings represented himself well in my opinion, he's a solid fighter and a very good domestic level fighter

be nice if he could get a fight with some fringe welterweight contenders
