I really don't see it as a Mex-PR thing. Its more of a Cotto guys vs Margarito guys thing. Now just so happens many Cotto and Margarito guys are PR and Mex but its just how it happend not really indicative of the boards IMHO.

Many Mexicans were backing Cotto and dissing PBF before Cotto signed to fight Margarito.

Many PR's see Izzy Vaz, Marquez Brothers, Morales, Barrera and (one of my personal favorites) Jorge Arce as excellent boxers.

in your heart oscar didn't get ****d by pacquiao, margarito didn't get caught cheating against mosley, vargas is still undefeated, rubio isn't a crying ***** and mexicans don't borderhop.

however, in reality, it's the complete opposite. margarita got caught cheating in not the biggest fight of his life, imagine what he did with cotto. still, even with that defeat, cotto has a better record than margarito and we have more talent than mexico has. plus, mexican fighters are getting exposed for what they are, weak and cheaters.
