The only one I really find ugly is the crab or whatever it is on his shoulder. The tribal is in a weird spot, but it might be just the beginning...

Umm...if he got the tattoos in PR then we have artists here that are known around the world for doing great work. I didn't really see them, but if they are bad then he probably got them somewhere he shouldn't have.
