Cotto did, Pavlik looked sloppy. Really I don't see much improvement compared to his last performances.

I was surprised Kelly didn't put Rubio down. Cotto looked better, but he was fighting weaker, but more determined competition.

Miguel Cotto fought a perfect fight tonight, against an opponent in Jennings who had a lot more heart and skill than Rubio. From what I saw tonight, Cotto's the best welterweight right now.

Kelly Pavlik seemed to be less aggressive than he was against Miranda and Taylor. There were times when he had Rubio hurt, but was slow to finish him off. Rubio stood in front of Pavlik for most of the fight, but Kelly didn't seem to be punching as hard as he did in past fights.

I thought Kelly boxed well. Not as exciting as his previous brawls but his risks were well calculated. I was most impressed with the improvement of John Duddy, who had looked like a human punching bag in most of the fights I've seen of his.
