Yea, I doubt Williams ever makes it back down to 147, so aslong as Cotto is at 147 there is no reason to seek out a fight with Williams. Cotto has 3 or 4 viable opponents at 147 (Berto, Mosley, Clottey for sure then below them Collazo and possibly Cintron although I loathe putting in the same sentence as these other more deserving fighters). That is not including a Margarito rematch that could happean in a year or so (if he gets reinstated).

Williams should he get by Winky could have a number of options at 154 or 160. He is always on HBO so he does have a little bit of pull to possibly get decent fights.

Like someone said they are going down opposite paths and will probably never meet.

I think Winky might be tougher then he thinks. The only thing he is about 40 now, and Paul has a great all around ability.

Winky is a good test for him at 160, I tend to like Willaims chances because he is younger, fresher and hungrier. I doubt Williams will take Wright lightly though, I think he learned that from the first Quintana fight.

If Winky was a few years younger, or atleast no comming off such a long layoff I would like his chances much better. I may end up putting money on Winky anyways if I get good odds, although I do believe Willaims should be a pretty clear favorite (+300 and better would get me to take a long look at Winky).
