Did Bob Arum purposely attend Pavlik's fight instead of Cotto's?

It has been on the news lately that Cotto isn't happy with Arum for handling the Margarito situation.
Do you think Bob Arum did it on purpose to ditch Cotto's fight?

Tough to say, he is only one man so he had to make a choice. The thought did cross my mind though when they said he was in Youngstown.
