This may not sit well with all you Roy fans but the guy is no better than Oscar now. His skills have been gone for years, yet he still thinks he demands PPV numbers. Roy hasn't been a legit fighter in years but he still wiggled his way into a dumb PPV with Tito, trying to trick the public into thinking he had gained his old skills back. Fine, I can understand all that but after the performance you gave against Calzaghe how dare you try to come out and charge people 30 dollars to see you "perform"(I use that term very loosely for what Roy is capable of now).

Another thing that erks me other than him trying to line his pockets a little more is that he is making this a MMA card too. What Roy, you couldn't shell out a few extra thousands dollars to a young fighter and give back to the sport that gave you everything? This guy has always been just about the money(60/40 ring a bell) and now that hes a promoter he hasn't done anything to help the sport and will never unless it helps him financially. Good thing for boxing fans we already know what you are and we wont even care. Sad thing is MMA fans will buy this and just lump a sorry ass oldie and lump all boxing with that. Way to put on competitive boxing Roy.Roy, you are no better than Oscar, taking fights that you don't deserve and expecting the general public to think its legit. Theres a reason why your PPV did only 200,000 buys.

Dont even compare the two. When Oscar was fighting PPVs it was against hard core competition. P4P number 1, in Manny Pacquiao. Jones is just fighting bums for a PPV rate.
