You're right.
Winky has real skill, Williams is just hype.

If Williams had no skill he wouldn't have beaten Antonio Margarito, Carlos Quintana, or Verno Philips. Granted a lot of those had do with his height and reach, but he can fight very good in close range despite his arm length. His best punch is the left uppercut, which southpaws like Winky Wright (because he's converted) can't throw effectively.
