I've been watching some Wilfred Benitez lately. Watching him slip, bob & weave punches on the inside or outside, in the centre of the ring or the ropes is amazing.

Whitaker, because his defensive moves make you go "wow that was brilliant"

J L Ramirez 2 is one of the best displays of defence you will ever see. Wilfred Benitez was good too in his prime, very difficult to pin down, he slipped shots very well.

I echo that comment about Pernell Whitaker, and plus i'd like to just say even though Johnny Tapia wasn't a defensive fighter, he has probably got the best defense for a come forward fighter. The way he slips punches at times remind's me of Pernell Whitaker.

He wasn't as good as Pea but I gotta say Floyd Mayweather Jr., who probably took more risks within his style than those mentioned above. Floyd mixed his offense into his incredible defense seamlessly. It's a pleasure to watch. And even when he's on the attack, like against Judah, Hernandez and others, his defense is still impeccable. The only fighter I've seen do that better was a prime Roy Jones and even he couldn't master the inside D like Floyd.
