Wasn't controversial to me at all. After a shaky start, Lewis begin landing his bombs and the fight turned. Kinda like Lewis-Briggs except Klitschko's chin is far far better. Too bad his skin tissue wasn't. Either way the result was the same. That's my take. Unfortunately, a good portion of the population believes that even with a man's eyelid about to fall off, a busted lip, bleeding from the mouth and a swollen cheekbone, coming off a round where he took four straight monster uppercuts at the close, he somehow would've made a miraculous comeback.

the way you played that out was as if he just passes as a hall of famer

not sure why ray or haglers reseme qaulifies as being better than lennox's honestly
I've seen many boxing experts who rate Calzaghe and Lewis at similar levels. You're entitled to your opinion.

Would Lennox have beaten a peak Tyson? We'll never know but I doubt it. In the second fight vs. Holyfield he struggled, and Holyfield was way past his peak by then.

Lewis wasn't the #1 P4P either. Getting to #3 P4P is pretty exceptional.

i think his comments about dawson not being ready is disrespect to his opponent. who does he think he is telling the other guy is not ready? he is NOT unbeatable. belittling your opponents skills is probably a ploy to hide the boxers insecurities about himself. man up or shut up dude

              I smell p***y

I like Calzaghe for what he did to Jeff Lacy but that's the best excuse he can give for not fighting Chad Dawson.Calzaghe just started making good money himself and he can't give Dawson a chance. That's bulls**t.Stay retired Calzaghe because if you do comeback and fight Chad Dawson the O is gone and the ref is going to be standing over you saying what Chris Tucker said in the movie Friday "You got knocked the f**k out"

Can we wait until after the Hatton fight before we start declaring Pacquiao for Godhood?

no lewis was not way behind on points.he was behind on two points at the most and that was because of a slow start

the fight was stopped after six rounds.Which meant that there still six rounds left to go

HALF THE FIGHT so there was plenty of time left for lewis

lennox had taken the fight over by the fifth round and was starting to dominate
and when lewis found his rythem,he usually didn't step out of it

lewis's jab did that to vitali's eye and remember that

We should really wait until he retires before having that discussion, if we're comparing careers. But so far, yes I'd say Pac looks likely to be rated higher than Joe in the all time great lists when he retires - but you can't say until he does retire. And as you say his next fight will tell us a lot.
