Its 97% accurate and the same question is asked 3 times but in a different way. So because it is asked 3 times, then the accuracy increase by atleast a percent

Forget the lie detector, they are never entirely accurate. You can be trained how to fool them without a lot of difficulty.

Cotto needs to rematch Margarito. Even if Margo cheated last year, Cotto's tactics were poor in the fight. He headhunted far too much, traded blows too often and ultimately gassed himself.

U.S. Government studies have concluded that when a qualified examiner conducts the test properly, the polygraph exam is between 87 and 95 percent accurate. It is the most accurate means available for determining the truth or deception of a person answering a direct question.

Not to mention they also conduct the test 3 times to be positive.
Btw, If the tests weren't accurate they wouldn't require you to pass one to become a cop.

Lie detector tests arn't admissable in court, therefore if you fail it really doesnt mean anything.

Lie detectors aren't 100% accurate. The way I see it, ONLY God knows the truth behind everything.

Well said man. If he fails, it won't change anything. NOTHING will change, it'll be the 1 year ban and that is it

Well GOD isn't gonna do anything, so him knowing doesn't help. Plus GOD is against violence so boxing is a no no to him, atleast from what I've heard.

GOD isnt against violence, but for justice, the two coincide sometimes.

                    Reports are often different.

One study in 1996 had it 93-96%. Another study the next year had it at 61%.

It's not admissible in most states in the US.

Well you make a good point there. I'm guessing, Margarito is better off without taking one?
