I feel like Cotto has possibly been forgiven for his last loss in the minds of a lot of people around here, and I feel like I am one of them.

I've been sayin this from day one.

Even if Margarito didn't use the gloves which is entirely possible...just the idea that maybe he did gives Cotto confidence. That and the fact that Mosley just beat the **** out of Tony and Cotto beat Shane. We all know that the triangle theories don't mean ****, but fighters look at **** that way. Just think about what Pavlik was saying after losing to Hopkins about Taylor.

All of this gave Cotto new found confidence, there's zero doubt in my mind. And it really doesn't matter if Tony did or didn't because any doubt in it is good for Cotto's psyche.
