Arum stable is getting in a hole. Margarito we know did something ilegal that is already proven, and still we do not know what is going to show up in mid march, i do not beleive that any sponsor will back up a figter that was found guilty, that is why he is suspended, in a future fight putting at risk a product boycott by the public. in the other hand we have a dedicated fighter like cotto that never been acuse and found guilty by ilegal acts, trying to say , what Margarito did was wrong, all the boxers ( williams, Lennox, Winky)that i heard lately all of them said, Margarito knew and felt the wraps in his hands.
so, Bob arum should understand that Cotto anger is base in a real situation, do not let cotto go, because of cheater, Margarito maybe will never fight in the US again, and that finantially is not good for the company.i beleive Cotto statement is a moral one, he is telling you, " I do not agree with ilegal boxing"

I dont understand why arum protecting his investment in margarito is such a threat to cotto.

Hello im new to this forum but i just wanted to make a comment about the comment made as to margarito being a threat to cotto. Its not that he is a threat its about him and his trainers respecting the sport and applying everything by the rules. I just dont see how arum can back up a guy that does that no matter how much of an investment a boxer is to you, i would take someone loyal that beleives his abilities as apposed to someone that can take a risk of cheating.
