This is a very tough fight to call right now, we'd get a clearer picture once Ortiz steps up his competition, right now I'd go with Urango, only because he's more experienced and he's a big junior welterweight, also we haven't really seen Ortiz against top contenders yet, he's still a prospect.

From what I've seen, not taking into consideratio competition faced.

Ortiz is a more gifted fighter, Urango has pretty slow feet. He made Hatton look like Pacman for about 6 rounds until he Hatton got tired.

I've only seen both twice though, but Urango seems a bit of a plodder, albeit a massive one with great power.
