What annoys you about boxing?

Fighters turkey basting themselves down to ******ly low weights. - 1 hour before the fight weigh ins please.

Alphabetti spagetti belts - two genuine belts that cross rank would be nice.

Crappy mandetory's - how can a 35 year old guy who's never fought at the weight be no1 contender?

That's not allowed medically i think. In the AM there is like a 3? hour minimum before the weigh in and the fight

The most anoying thing I find with boxing is that the best fighters don't fight each other often enough. I think a fighter should have to fight atleast 1 of the main title holders (WBC, WBA etc) at that weight before they can move up in weight.

World level fighters should fight atleast 3 times a year.

Things that annoy me in boxing:

* When trainers use the word baby : Cmon baby, you gotta work baby, great round baby.

* Money over meaning: Dawson fighting Tarver instead of rematching Johnson.

* Padded records: When a fighter is like 30-0 with wins against nobodies. Tye Fields was a good example until he got KTFO'd

* Hate against great boxers becouse they don't fight like mexicans: Mayweather, Jones, Pernell etc.

* The guys who think that every fighter that fought 60-80 years ago would whoop any good fighter currently.

* Calzaghe: Just about everything annoys me about him, great chin though

Lol, how could i have forgot Nady, he often tries to look like a big man in the ring, thinking that he's harder than the fighters in the ring. Also his patriotic salute gets on my nerves, maybe if i was American it wouldn't trouble me as much.

He is a crook and totally incompetent. What scares me is that he and Cortez are still getting big fights.

PPV is good man, the fighters need money like we do. They have mouths to feed also. Though i agree that 50 is WAAAAAAAYYY too much, should be like 10 dollars.

The politics, money over meaning, fights being canceled because of suppose injuries, championship level fighters consitently fighting only twice a year which isn't enough.

The sport of boxing has degraded a lot in 2000 and on. In a recession and in times where boxing isn't popular as it used tobe, the best way to get rich is to fight whoever in front of you (mandatories), and only go for the top fighters when it's available (a volunteer opponent). The point is the only way to get the biggest payday is through winning and credibility, NOT overreaching to fight superstars and playing politics while delaying fights. This is what's hurting boxing the most.

The Haye/Klitschko match is an example of what's wrong with boxing today.
