The most damaging power punch is probably the left hook to the body, those shots don't go away for a while, you can recover from a head shot but the body will be hurting for the whole fight.

But, the most damaging punch overall is the jab, it's not the most powerful but it sets up everything, it can be used as an offensive punch and a defensive punch, it can open up your opponents for combinations and without the jab, it's much harder to get a left hook to the body in, it breaks up your opponents' rhythm, it keeps him off balance etc. So the jab overall is the most damaging punch.

Uppercut 4 sho. Even if the blow itself don't hurt you, the natural motion of the punch makes your head snap back, which can hurt anybody. That whiplash **** sends a shock wave down your spine that just freezes you.

depends on the strength of the punch and the endurance of the punch-taker.

personally, i go for body shots.
