Williams is nothing special, he is way overrated. The guy hasn't beaten anybody with a pulse at 154 or 160.

Williams gets beaten by Dzinziruk, Martinez and Santos at 154...and he would get beaten by Pavlik, Abraham, Winky and Sturm at 160.

NO. Williams dominates 154 with ease. Martinez and Dzinziruk havn't got **** on The Punisher. He would take their heart on a way to a dominating KO.

154 would be the easier division for him. Martinez was KO'd by Margarito if I am not correct

Winky is A LOT more of a test than Pavlik and possibly Abraham too. Winky would school Pavlik and make him look like an amateur. Winky gave Hopkins a VERY close fight and had no business moving up to 170. Paul is the truth, after he beats Wink he'll be top 3 P4P no doubt. Of course, the haters will still hate, "Winky had a long layoff" "Margarito and Cotto could beat Winky" "Dawson will **** Paul up" blah blah blah. What surprised me was the size difference between Paul and Winky at the presser. Paul looked 6'4".

Williams can certainly take over 154. He certainly be king. At 160, i don't think so againest AA or Pavlik. but 154 certainly Williams can/should take over. 147 I have a feeling at his age he'll be weightdrained, so he should forget about it IMO.
