Carl Froch is a chess player? I stopped watching as soon as he said that. Carl Froch is one of the least intelligent ring technicians I have ever had the misfortune of watching.

I think he might be confusing Carl Froch with someone else. He just described Froch has having "a complete set of skills" and "a cerebral fighter".

Not only are some of his observations laughable, this guy clearly has something against Taylor.

Saying that Froch has already beaten a better fighter than Taylor in Jean Pascal, and not even bothering to back up WHY he thinks Pascal is better than Taylor? What a joke. Instead of giving some kind of analysis to support that statement, he just says, "Believe me when I tell you..."

So no, I don't take anything else he says seriously.

Not to mention he picked Jones over Calzaghe, DLH over Pacquaio, and Margarito over Mosley. I know a lot of people picked those fights wrong, but c'mon, this guy is not any better than the rest of us at predicting the outcome of a fight.

Look it up on youtube, this guy is usually pretty spot on and I agree with his decision.

he picked Roy Jones over Joe Calzaghe, he had Oscar puttin' Manny to sleep and his last one was really funny.....he picked Margarito not only to beat Shane but he picked Margarito to STOP him ......what he does have right is.......he thinks Clottey is the best at 147 and would beat them all.....he even said Clottey beats Mosley!

As far as his Froch-Taylor logic goes.....he made some valid points......but I still got JT and I'm willing to put some points on it!

He was wrong when he picked Jones over Calzaghe & Margarito over Mosley & DLH over Pac.

The guy isn't that good mate he just doesn't listen to what everyone says and makes his own judgement that's all.
