Bas Rutten in prime beats ANY boxer in prime

Bas wasnt even an all around fighter. He was a stand up fighter who is like a fish out of water when on his back. He even lost to Randelman in UFC. Yes you may argue the judges gave him that fight, but any man with 2 eyes knows Randelman won by controlling 90% of that fight. I love Bas, i think he was one of the best commentaors ever for MMA (hes pretty damn funny) , but he couldnt hang with boxers if he were to box.

boxers are limited... he'd need only a simple takedown and ground and pound baby!

i voted no assuming it was a boxing match but in a street fight or mma match bas would destroy any boxer!
so i agree! boxers,thai boxers,kickboxers etc are effective on their feet but a well rounded fighter like bas would simply take them down and pound them out or choke them or snap one of their limbs!
but on the other hand in a boxing match bas would struggle against most half-descent boxers!
