Hey you gotta make it look good.

I'm not sure about Pacquiao-DLH although I did feel kinda strange. But if you think all was fair in DLH-Hopkins you're DELUSIONAL.

Im not trying to take anything away from Pac, he did everything right, but it would NOT have been that easy had Oscar put some effort in. Pac still could have won- im not saying he couldnt have - but it would have been very unlikely as it seemed that even a relatively well connected DLH punch hurt him. Numerous punches like that would likely have seen him down and out late on.

well, that was my point...DLH-Hopkins was real fishy...especially Nard signing on as a partner a couple of weeks later

but seriously, what did oscam have to gain with a pityful performance like that?

had he beaten PAC, he woulda lined up another mega-purse bout wit Hatton

That trade came out of left field. I really wanted them to go after Stoudamire I'll sacrifice some defense for some offense

Who knows? Maybe he owed someone? Maybe he bet big on Pac? Maybe he just got his a** kicked? But in a career rife with shady decisions, an absolutely abominable acting job in the Hopkisn fight and a corrupt stoppage in the Campas fight...I rule nothing out.

Oscar is getting "old" and wants to retire as soon as possible but continuing business with his promotions company. By losing he created a new world recognised name, and set up another fighter for equally massive bouts, gaining the money without actually doing all the boxers work.

Now the Bulls officially don't have anything left from their already mediocre defense. Salmons can score and Rose will be feeding him a lot. Between Salmons and Gordon (Mr I can't play defense) the offense will improve a bit. Don't think they can be a .500 team this year unless they get rid of other guards.
