i dont think this fight will ever happen. Freddi will not allow it, its to dangerous for pacquiao at 147 and cotto will never see 140 pounds as long as hes healthy. If it happens at 147 pacquaio will be very competitive for the first half of the fight but i just see cotto catching up with him and taking him out.
