I believe that the Split will be something like 60-40. Cotto is not that ****** to sign for a 75-25 split. The other thing is that Cotto wont go lower in weight risking his career, for a couple of millions. And the Venue will be definetly Vegas, unless Pacquiao decides he will like to fight in MSG.
