The welterweight dreamfight, Manny Pacquiao vs. Miguel Cotto, could actually stand a chance of becoming a reality. Before Antonio Margarito lost his boxing license for a full year, Pacquiao was actually calling for a future fight with the much-larger former champion. Nobody knows how serious he was, but there was a lot trash talking with Pacquiao [and trainer Freddie Roach] predicting that he was capable of outboxing Margarito with few issues. Man two of my favorite fighters, I had a feeling this was going to happen. After Pac gets through Hatton and takes his title, Pac attempts a title at 147. I knew this was going to happen. I see Pac attempting this feat.Comment

I agree, Shane deserves that rematch before Pac. But knowing Bobs mindset since this is a business, I bet he sets up Pac vs. Cotto since their both with TR. Arums needs someone someone to take Pac's throne since Pac has intentions to go to politics in 2010.Comment

Arum is cashing out on Pac. It's his last year in boxing after all and Arum probably didn't like how he had to fork out some of his own money so save Pac-Hatton from being scrapped. He'll be praying that Pac loses that one because Cotto's gonna be his only big star left after Pac retires. The welterweight dreamfight, Manny Pacquiao vs. Miguel Cotto, could actually stand a chance of becoming a reality.
