2. Marco Antonio Barrera vs Erik Morales 1
3. Marco Antonio Barrera vs Erik Morales 3
4. Arturo Gatti vs Micky Ward 1
5. Micky Ward vs Emanuel Augustus
6. Somsak Sithchatchawal vs Mahyar Monshiopour
7. Antonio Margarito vs Miguel Cotto

The reason why i put Marco Antonio Barrera vs Erik Morales, above fights like Micky Ward vs Arturo Gatti 1 and ETC. Is because of the skill level in there fights, there is a mixutre of great brawling and great boxing skill, i found Arturo Gatti vs Micky Ward 3/Israel Vasquez vs Rafael Marquez 2 the worst fights out of all the FOTY's because those fights were too one sided IMO.

How was Izzy/Rafa 2 one sided? Before the TKO in the 6th round, all judges had Izzy winning 3 rounds to 2. If you are mixing this with Izzy/Rafa 3, i fail to see this as a one sided bout also as it finished a SD in favour of Vazquez, whereas i had it 113/112 in favour of Vazquez. The fight could have gone either way really.

How was Izzy/Rafa 2 one sided? Before the TKO in the 6th round, all judges had Izzy winning 3 rounds to 2. I only watched it once but from my memory, i remember the early rounds being competitive and after that great 3rd round. I remember Israel Vasquez giving Rafael Marquez a throughout beating after that.

Maybe i need to rewatch it but thats how i remember it. Either way it was a bit too short to be rated as high as some of those fights, which were more action packed and much more dramatic.

I voted Castillo - Corrales. It was very hard to choose though, Barrera - Morales, Vasquez - Marquez and Gatti - Ward were all great fights.

I would put Corrales - Castillo up against any fight ever. "Since 2000" doesn't do that fight justice. Amazing constant action, brilliant inside fighting, belts on the line, two guys in their prime, and the greatest ending ever IMO. What more can I say?
