A simple clash of styles that would give Tito absolute fits. This would be close to a shutout for Floyd. Almost Diego Corrales-esque, except without the 5 knock downs and stoppage.

The thing that people forget when they reference the BHop and Winky fights are that they are BIG guys. I think it would be hard for PBF to fight a 2 handed fighter (not like lefty happy DLH) that is that much bigger and stronger.

Earlier Tito was much more fluid also with good combo's. Look at the Whitaker fight. I think its just too much weight. PBF is a great fighter but never really proved or showed anything against a real WW. Tito is one of the ATG WW's.

Tito would bully PBF for all 12 rounds. he would either knock him out in the late rounds or he would get a UD. because Floyd would just run the whole fight and Tito pushes him back. Tito is just to big in his prime and to strong for floyd. He beat Whitaker who i feel is a better ATG then Floyd. Whitaker was aging, but he still beat him. B-Hop and Winky Stronger then Tito and Bigger then Tito, and those are two things that FLoyd is not to Tito. And he wouldn't knock out tito because he isn't strong enough. And tito has great speed at 147, that would catch FLoyd IF he would try to come in.
