I've come to really like Miguel Cotto

Green K. I don't expect everyone to like Cotto, obviously people have their fighters they like and don't like, but some things just can't be argued. Cotto has stayed classy, is in exciting fights, and always goes 100%. In the wake of all this controversy he hasn't tried to take anything away from Tony's win.

Like I said, I don't expect everyone to like Cotto, but people should respect him at least for the reasons reedic just gave.

I don't look at him as a quitter, I think he was just beaten down to the point he couldnt even defend himself... there was nothing he could do, I think he took his body as far as he could and there was nothing left to give... ive felt that way from the moment I saw him take those knees... Margarito took everytihng out of him... and he chose to take his knee instead of getting permanently damaged.

The way Cintron went down and the way Cotto went down is an incredible difference... My respect for Cotto doubled in the Margarito fight... and the way he seemingly never talks to much trash and always seems to stay focused on topic, He's turned into a real classy fighter that Ive grown to like a lot.

I always liked him. He was moved along carefully, so he never came off to me as an overhyped guy, except by his stans which is true of every fighter. I like him even more for the way he's handled himself since the wrap scandal.
