I give u that Cotto haves problems with the upper but dont get it twisted, loosing a fight and comming back and talk the way he did about it with no excuses makes him a bigger man and a better fighter, Cotto is going to be better now than ever, because he is a humble man, but the ones that talk about money and p4p best, nobody likes them.

Even though Cotto will never be as big as Trinidad ( or as favorable to boxing fans ) I got to hand it to Cotto. He is a classy guy. He's not making any excuses ( like his fans that are in denail are). He's doing all the right things. Putting everything in the past and trying to move forward with his career. Let's see where he's at this Saturday. If he shows a dominating performance against a unknown fighter- then you can pretty much say he's back on track.

Tito gave us a lot of action pack fights but when he lost to Hopkins he lost everything, he had a better chance of making better fights like Pavlik, Taylor, Miranda guys with his style but he when after Boxers, the same style that gave him all the problems DLH, Hopkins, Winky and Roy, Cotto is a complete boxer with all the skills and the same cojones to fight anybody not like some gallinas that retired because they didnt have no more guevos, and thats why I think Cotto is going to be bigger.

Well it remains to be seen. Cotto is an exciting fighter/ boxer, however he lacks the personality. Trinidad will always be loved differently because of his personality. I'm not saying Cotto won't accomplish what Trinidad accomplished or will accomplish more than Trinidad accomplished- because Cotto still has a long road ahead, however he won't be as loved. I think there was a recent poll conducted and they asked Puerto Rican fans who would they rather watch- Cotto fight some good fighter or Trinidad fight some bum. And most fans picked Trinidad against some bum. Don't know if that can be accurate in the US though. Just my opinon I may be wrong.

Cotto is good but he is not a complete boxer because he lacks defense and doesn't adjust well under pressure in the ring. He can become a complete
boxer if he learns from his mistakes but we will have to see how he has
developed since his last fight & defeat.
