The Hatton/Pac winner will try to lure Floyd out of retirement. If that fails Cotto, SSM or JMM would be the next in line to get the winner IMO.

I agree with JDJ that Campbell should get a crack at some top guys. Nate Campbell is tough & showed he is ready to go all out & **** & withstand
punishment to finish strong. I'm tired of all these so called Mega fights or
potential match ups like Pacquiao/Mosley or Mosley/Hatton. I like Hatton/Pacquiao because them guys are the same size & in the same class.
These promoters are about $ and that's cool but to keep making mismatch
fights to get the fans $ is getting boring & depriving the loyal boxing fans
from the fights that need to be made.

That's why a lot of the good fighters in certain divisions never get shine because the promoters keep trying to recycle the same fighters. I would like
to see Campbell/Hatton or Campbell/Pacquiao. I think those fights would be actioned pack from beginning to end because neither of them will back down. In Welter Weight I would like to see Mosley/Cotto 2, Cotto/Clottey, Berto/Cotto, Mosley/Berto, Berto/Clottey.

These promoters can keep the sport thriving by defining who's who in the divisions instead of trying to make everything a mega fight. You can still have successful matches by getting the best in the divisions in the ring. Bob Arum says "Mosley will want more money or equal to Cotto & that's why he won't fight Mosley yet"? That's weak at best. So far 09 has had some good matches so lets keep it going on the right track. At 135 I would like to see Antonio DeMarco fight Juan Manuel Marquez or Juan Diaz. Maybe the kid is not ready but he is tough & skilled & I think he can hang after what he did to Kid Diamond. Boxing has all the talent & tools to keep the sport alive & should focus on the fans who support it.

As much I respect Floyd Mayweather Jr's skills and talent I have to say will people please leave him in retirement & stop chasing him. He is retired and will not come back. I think it would be good if the sport go on without him until he officially comes back himself. I don't want to see Cotto/Pacquiao, I want to
see Cotto/Mosley 2. Pacquiao seems like he's content with not fighting JMM. Campbell beat Juan Diaz already so Pacquiao or Hatton fighting Campbell
              makes sense to me.

campbell has a bigger name than kotelik, bradly, urango or holt.

I dont think campbell will get the winner, but he might get the loser of pac/hatton.

the winner of pac/hatton cannot beat mosley or cotto... those dudes are too big. the winner of pac/hatton is an eliminator to fight pbf. if pbf aint available then they are stuck. if campbell can grab a strap, he could fill the position... if jmm doesnt step up.

if bradley dropped his guard and let witter hit him for the brit's KO win and then not making weight for a defense of a title belt, bradley would be a bigger name than campbell...

Really the winner should fight the Holt-Bradley winner as that would really clarify who was the top dog at 140. I doubt that would happean though since either guy brings very little to the table, other then hard nights work.

Also another thing to think about "the biggest fight is not the same as the best fight possible". The best fight possible is what the fans crave, but for fighters they want the biggest dollars, and if either of these guys was to fight Nate they could demand like an 80/20 split and Nate would probably love it because he would still make the most money of his career. Things like this need to be accounted for.

Would you rather have 80% of 10 million or 50% of 15 million, pretty easy choice no?
