    * By "people" in my first sentence above, I mean most of all The Ring, as their ratings are the most influential, but your ratings are also fairly influential, plus you (via Cliff) do have input into The Ring's ratings, so I think this applies to you too.
    I think in this age, you keep the belt in the division you want to fight in. I also think saying he WOULD fight at Welter is nice slight of hand but his body doesn't belong there and he's in an effective class. I chimed in to Ring that he should be removed the week before the Phillips fight because it was obvious he wasn't staying at Welter.

      That is bull to say Paul doesn't belong at WW, if he can make WW he belongs there. Stop trying to give WW a way out of looking at Paul as a legit WW titlist.
