Word is out on the streets that the CSAC will not test the substance on Tony's wraps

Over the weekend, I heard a rumor that the CSAC is not going to test Margarito’s wraps citing that with the revocation already in place, it’s simply a dead issue. You can be sure more details on that validity of that rumor will be forthcoming.
