WBO bantamweight king Gerry Penalosa, who arrived in Cebu today, is slated to hold a public workout tomorrow starting 1PM inside the New Cebu Coliseum, said co-promoters Sammy Gello-ani and vice-governor Manny Pinol. Penalosa's Mexican foe, German Meraz, will also take part in the public workout
