I think he did it either after or before Clottey. I think he definietly used it for Cotto. I'm not sure on Williams, Cintron, or Clottey. Hell he might have used it all along. I would say after Santos too maybe.
So he used the plaster for Cotto's dwarf ass but not for Williams?

this might be hard for you to understand but there is this day called the fourth of july, also known as independence day.
