They pretty much asked him about his questional defense. They showed clips of his previous fights when he's been down and they asked if he's worried about the holes in his defense, if its something they have been working on.

Yuri stated that when being as offensive as he is, he's bound to get caught, but defense is a priority they are working on

They talked about the difficulty of facing southpaws since his next opponent will be one. Yuri agreed stating southpaws are the most difficult to handle because of the positioning and extra work needed to attack a southpaw vs a conventional fighter.

They also asked him about Margarito-Gate. They asked Yuri what goes down in the locker room when hands are being wrapped and Yuri explained that a representative from the respective commision is present supervising the wrapping as well as someone from the opposing corner. So if Margarito had been using illegal wraps before, it would be hard for his camp to have gotten away with it. He also stated that you CAN certainly tell the difference when something out of the ordinary is being put on your fists/hands in wrapping, that you can definitely tell if something hard is being wrapped or inserted into your wraps so Margarito most likely knew of the wraps.

Yeah doesn't even make a big deal about it, unlike some people who always whine when they are losing and complain to the ref like it's a handicap; 2 on 1.

Thanks man. Gamboa will have another test on his hands against a southpaw. Interesting that they are asking everyone in the boxing world about the Margarito situation too. But boxing is so corrupt who knows what went down.

Cotto just can't ride Shane's coat-tails to a victory over Tony..that's not how boxing works.
cotto beat himself more than margarito beat him. all cotto had to do was clinch like mosley, and not stay on the ropes and let marg get off multiple punches(uppercuts). as slow as marg is if you stand there and let him punch you(cotto and cintron)he will eventually hurt you(plaster) marg is a finished bum, he's been exposed in his last two fights and now everyone knows the simple gameplan to beat him. cotto will beat him easy in the rematch if he corrects his mistakes and swallow his pride and holds when needed
