HBO announce team have no idea what the rules are.... They were basically just guessing at what they might be all night. I am not saying that some of their gueses might not have been correct, but you could tell they were guessing.

I noticed alot, not just with the rules, that one announcer would say something, and then a moment later another announcer would say it like he had just come up with it (like the first guy never said it.)
